Outsourced Estimating Solutions is a new start-up based on a concept devised by the Managing Director, Murray Craigen.
The company is based in Leeds and available to price for projects throughout the UK.
Murray has spent many years working for bespoke manufacturing joinery companies as an estimator on a variety of projects as diverse as house extensions and office refurbishments to high end hotels, casinos and hospital refurbishment projects. In addition, he is also experienced in business development, purchasing, sales and has when required undertaken the monthly valuation works on larger projects and resolved contractual disputes.
He has worked for a number of well-known and notable companies over the years providing estimates at pace as a commercial estimator, pricing projects to be delivered, both domestically and as far afield as the USA India & Japan. Over the years he has been instrumental in securing individual bespoke interior projects up to the value of six million pounds.
Having a keen eye for sales, the monitoring of key performance indicators and control of costs, he is providing an economical opportunity for clients when estimating departments are overloaded or management hours are being diverted to these tasks at the most inconvenient of times.
